Couple getaway not so cheap but decent
The whirlpool tub in our room was a lifesaver after a long day. Plus, the day staff at the front desk were really nice especially the Operations Manager who tried to make things better for us.
It wasn't cheap but still acceptable.

Cool staff and comfy vibes
Had a pretty good stay here! Staff was super friendly, from the bartenders to the cooks, and my room was clean with no issues. The hotel’s location is prime for traveling around. Just a bummer that the shower drained slow which made things a bit messy, but I enjoyed the Indian restaurant on site.

Had a great time with friends! We explored Locust Grove and the Mid Hudson Children's Museum, which was a blast. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was a nice perk. The staff was friendly, making our stay enjoyable.
However, the decor could use some updating, as it felt a bit dated and depressing at times.

Decent Stay with Room for Improvement
We enjoyed a comfortable two-night stay in a decent queen room, but the on-site dining experience fell short. Breakfast was disappointing, with limited options and lack of food replenishment. I recommend dining out for better choices. Staff politeness helps, but more support would enhance the experience.

Clean and comfortable room. Pleasant surprise with the hot breakfast included. Free coffee and tea available all day. Staff greeted me with a smile, adding a personal touch. Access to a nice bar beside the lobby for evening relaxation. Room did feel a bit outdated, especially the bathroom fixtures. Shower temperature fluctuated a lot, which was annoying. The restaurant was closed during my stay, leaving me to rely on delivery options. Noise from nearby events seeped into my room, making it hard to sleep at times. Overall, decent value for the price, but some improvements needed.

missingWrote a review on Jul 10soothing viewclean layoutlousy breakfast
The room had a clean layout with ample space for travel gear. The view from the window overlooked soothing willow trees and a stream—definitely a nice touch for a relaxing vibe.
The absence of an elevator is a real hassle, especially when hauling luggage up to the second floor. I also noticed that the breakfast left a lot to be desired, with low-quality food options—think tasteless scrambled eggs and questionable hashbrowns. Additionally, some common areas seemed a bit neglected and could use a thorough cleaning to enhance overall ambiance.

Dining was a win with delicious pasta. the food scene in Poughkeepsie always strikes gold! Nightly vibes were relaxed, and shoutout to the bright lobby that made every entry feel welcoming.
However, breakfast was a mystery. no idea where to find it, and I’ll skip the loose pups roaming the halls. Heard some late-night drama that rattled my sleep. That broken alarm didn’t help!
